  • MSCS is committed to upholding the spirit of section Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 which provides that “[n]o person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”  In short, Title IX prohibits sex-based discrimination in a school’s educational program or activity against any person in the United States.  If you have a question or concern that you believe releates to Title IX, please contact our district coordinator for guidance.
