Mrs. Basden has been an educator for twenty-three years. She has been teaching third grade reading at McBride Elementary for five years. Mrs. Basden's partner teacher is Mrs. Keenum and they make up Team Sensational. She has her BS in Early Childhood Education from Athens State University and also has certification in Elementary Education. She holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Alabama. Mrs. Basden is married to Scott Basden. They have three sons, Walker, Bentley, and Bryant. Go Trojans!
