Hello! I'm Melanie Shockley. I have been teaching 7th/8th grade social studies for 25 years here at Muscle Shoals Middle School. I graduated from Russellville High School. I have a B.S. degree from Auburn University and an M.A. degree from the University of North Alabama. I enjoy teaching middle schoolers. I have a passion for history and the social sciences that I hope will help my students love learning in this area as well.
