My name is Jill Conner, and I have been teaching at Highland Park Elementary School since 1996. My husband, Dennis, and I have three wonderful children.  Our family enjoys sports, school, and church activities.  I have a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Alabama.  I am so blessed to have had wonderful parents who were both teachers, and their example inspired me to be a teacher as well.  I believe that parents are the first and most important teachers in a child's life.  Working together, we can encourage children to be successful, life-long learners!
