Education:

* Muscle Shoals High School - 1994 - honor's diploma

* Lipscomb University in Nahsville, TN - 1997 -  bachelor's degree in K-8 elementary education 

* University of North Alabama - 2002-  master's degree in K-6 elementary education

Teaching:

* Bellshire Elementary- 4th grade- I taught 4th grade in inner-city Nashville for 2 years.

* Howell Graves- kindergarten- I have been teaching at Howell Graves since 2000. 

Personal:

I am married to Mitch Morris. He teaches science classes at Colbert Heights High School. He is the cross country and b-team basketball coach at Colbert Heights.

I have two children, Abby and Henry. Abby graduated from Muscle Shoals High School. She is starting her sophomore year at the University of North Alabama. Henry will be a sophomore at Muscle Shoals High School.
