Mrs. Passarella's Elephant Class
Welcome to the ELEPHANT class.
My name is Mrs. Kayla Passarella. I attended Rogers High School from kindergarten thru twelfth grade and graduated in 2006 as the class valedictorian. Then, I went to UNA on scholarship and graduated summa cum laude in December 2009 with my degree in elementary education and was awarded the Keller Key. I finished my master’s degree in elementary education in December of 2012. I am currently working on my Education Specialist degree in the Teacher Leader Program at UNA.
I have been married for 14 years to John Passarella who is a physical therapist. We were both raised and still reside in Florence, Alabama. We are the proud parents of Sadie Elizabeth Passarella who is 5 years old. While teaching is my passion, I also enjoy many other activities. I love to read, travel, exercise, sing in my church choir, listen to music, play the piano, watch tv, movies, and sports, particularly Alabama football. Roll Tide!!!
This is my 10th year to teach at Howell Graves. I am so blessed to work in a school system with such wonderful people & children.
