    Biography
    Hello! My name is Britney Calton and I am the Reading Intervention teacher at Howell Graves. I grew up in Florence, Al. I graduated from Wilson High School in 2006. I graduated from UNA with my education degree in 2011. I am married to Jerrad Calton and we have been married for 9 years. We have a 2 year old little girl named Jaycee Ann who is our pride and joy. I absolutely love teaching kindergarten. It is my dream job! Outside of working, I love to garden, work with our church youth, and spend time with my precious family. I am currently working on my Masters Degree and plan to finish in the Spring 17.

    B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of North Alabama - 2011
    P-3 Certification in Early Childhood from the University of North Alabama - 2011
    Currently working on Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Alabama.

    Experience
    I began my teaching career right here in Muscle Shoals City Schools. My first year, I taught Computer Lab / Intervention at Howell Graves. After one year I moved to the Intervention classroom and have been there ever since. This is my fifth year at Howell Graves and I absolutely love it here!
