All About Mrs. Calton & Mrs. Patterson
Hello! My name is Britney Calton and I have been teaching at Howell Graves since 2012. I teach Reading Intervention in the Koala Class. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a P-3 certificate from the University of North Alabama in 2011. I received my Master's degree in Elementary Education from UNA in 2017. I am married to Jerrad Calton and we have two beautiful children, Jaycee Ann and Brennan. I grew up in Florence and went to Wilson High School. I began my teaching career here in Muscle Shoals and have loved every minute of it. I love teaching kindergarten and when I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family!

Hello! My name is Teresa Patterson. I am married and have one son. I taught second grade at Webster Elementary for twenty-eight years. This is my third year teaching Reading Intervention at Howell Graves Preschool. I graduated from Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I also have a Master's Degree from the University of North Alabama. I grew up in Florence, Alabama. Teaching is definitely what I enjoy doing. I am so blessed to work in the Muscle Shoals School System with awesome teachers. It is always a pleasure to see students learning to read. Go Trojans!!!!!
