I received an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Northeast Mississippi Community College.

I have worked as the director of the Iuka Head Start Program in Iuka, Mississippi.

I have also worked as a teacher at the following daycares: Woodward Avenue Baptist Church and First United Methodist Church of Muscle Shoals.

I have worked in the Muscle Shoals City School system for 24 years.  I have worked as a computer lab aide, a paraprofessional, and the STEM lab teacher.  Now, I have the honor to work with the children at Howell Graves Preschool as the art teacher.
