Hello! This is my 25th year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. I grew up in the Shoals and then spent many years living and working in the Birmingham area. My husband and I decided to return "home" to be near our families. This will be my 5th year working in the Muscle Shoals System.

As a Speech Pathologist my role is to work with students who have needs in the areas of communication. I work with articulation (sound production), stuttering, language delays, and social skills. Some of the students with whom I work cannot speak (non-verbal) and require picture symbols or electronic devices to communicate. 

I have one adult daughter who is married and has four children. We are animal lovers...having rescued many cats and dogs over the years. We currently have one dog (Sydney) and four cats (Buddy, Oscar, Fifi, and Lily). In my free time I enjoy yoga, hiking, reading, and visiting my grandchildren.
